I can't saw my order history

I bought  battle field 4 digital deluxe & battle field 4 premium . But I can't saw my order history I have receipt e-mail. What do I do ?

    That might be since it's just a pre-order and the actual purchase has not happened yet. If you would like to get a confirmation please get in contact with a Game Advisor at https://help.ea.com/contact-us and they should be able to tell you more about your pre-order.
