I cant see BF1 official dice servers

I am a ps4 user, I have never been able to see official dice servers in the server lobby ( about  4 years now).  I often play with friends and my server numbers are showing different numbers to what theirs are showing.

This is for EU servers as I am base in UK
My Friends are based in the same country
this has been going on for a long time ( prior to the recent server issues).

I have obviously learned to live with it but wondering why its the case?
