I can't set my emblem to a premium one

i tried to solve it contacting EA technical support , but they were unable to solve my problem ( case number #24152881 ) help plz 😞

I can see by your video you were still rank 0 when you recorded this. Have you taken the time to open your Battlepacks that you get with Premium? You should have quite a few to unlock, and many of those will be Premium Battlepacks that contain Premium emblem shapes. Once you open those packs, they should be available to use.
If you haven't received those Battlepacks yet, you may need to hop in and complete a game. You can open these packs both from Battlelog by clicking on Soldier, then the Battlepacks tab, or in game by hitting Escape and selecting Battlepacks.
