What platform is this happening on and what have you already done to try and fix it?
I was having this problem on my ps4, other weapons fired fine, but when I selected the M98B or SRR-61 they wouldn't fire, I only had one controller, so I couldn't try changing it over, and figured with the other weapons firing okay this couldn't be the issue, well I was wrong, it's the PS4 controller, I don't know how or why, maybe it's something to do with the sensitivity, however it's working fine with a different controller.
