Have you actually downloaded and installed the DLC in the Origin client? Stupid, I know, but it does say you haven't bought the DLC even if you have but it isn't installed.
where do i download that at?

becase i have all the premium features like getting the premium battle packs and the monthly gold battle packs i just want my battlelog page to be premium as well
