I didn't get the " Tombstone " Trophy.

Question

I have beat BattleField 4&nbsp;campaign on hard on my PlayStation 4. Yet the " Tombstone " trophy is still locked. Is there any specific way to get that trophy? Do I have to beat the campaign on my PlayStation 3? or I have to beat the campaign on normal first?
