I was asked to verify my account for Battlefield 6. Its beeing a while since I cleaned my inbox for that particular Email so I stoped receiving any new emails since it was full. Already made space. ...

Give the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the guide below a try. It should give you a contact option (N.B. it may not be live chat), and let you contact EA Help without logging in.
