I don't have in my retail disc of Battlefield 4 the PS3 to PS4 Upgrade Redeem Code

I bought the retail of Battlefield 4 in a game store called Datablitz here in the Philippines and I wasn't informed that I should have bought the US version of the game because it had the codes for the PS3 to PS4 upgrade not knowingly right after I got the game home and played it for 2 days it got me wondering where are the codes for the upgrade so I went back to the store telling me that I got the Asia version of the game which doesn't have the redeem codes, right now i'm having a stressful time not having the codes for me to redeem the upgrade. Well I'm just wondering if the PS4 upgrade will be available for purchase on PS3 instead of just redeeming the codes which I do not have in my retail of the game?
