I dont know why im banned from ea

If you cheat you get banned. What makes you think you are banned? Whats the kick message? Maybe you had an offensive emblem?

I don't know what is the exact ban message you got, but if it actually is an EA ban, you would have to write an e-mail with appeal to accountdisputes@ea.com . Keep in mind that it may take them a while to reply. Follow the instructions from here when creating the mail: http://help.ea.com/au/article/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

However, if you do have a ban/suspension from Sony, you would not be able to access EA games either way (also, there are no appeals both for all-time bans and suspensions) as with a ban/suspension in place you shouldn't be able to sign in to your PSN account anyway. Without that out of the way, nothing can be done.
