I found that my account has been modified in the morning And now i cant in to battlefield4 why?

yesterday my account name is BOSS-JS-GAY today it changed  Renamed45454788 And i cant into battlefield it shows :Banned Code #J8Ytk2 i wanna ask WTF with that?

Yeah I don't see anything wrong with that name either. We'll look into in from our end, but in the meantime, please send a mail to accountdisputes@ea.com explaining the situation.

i have the same problem and i have already sent an email, but no one give me answer!?!?! so what happend next?
