i get kicked by punkbuster when joining server (communication failure : pnkbstra.exe)

hello, when i try to join a server i get an error message : Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'rafikbf' (for 0 minutes) ... RESTRICTION: Service Communication Failure: PnkBstrA.exe

please help me i have already tried uninstalling / reinstalling / updating punkbuster - checking my firewall. i spoke to ea adviser but he wasn't helpful. please help and thank you for the assistance
