i got band at bf3 help pls

You have been banned from Battlelog. If you believe this was done in error, please contact Customer Services. this is what is says what to do please help me i have no ideaa!!

Hello

Answer HQ cannot handle bans. We don't have access to your account - we can't look into any specific cases. You have to do as you were told. Wait. All we can do in here is link to your options.

If you believe you were hacked contact EA for your account to be reenabled,


1) Visit http://help.ea.com/uk/contact-us/?product=battlefield-4
2) Press 'New Case'
3) Select Platform after that press Next
4) Select a relevant Topic and name then press next
5) Select a contact method, I recommend call back but note that call back is only available in certain Countries.
