I hate cheaters

Now cheaters can bypass EA's anti-cheat program, which bothers me a lot, and I don't want to give up the good game of Battlefield.
I couldn't get in touch with the DICE staff, so I had to ask everyone for help.

  • Hi @-WFonly- I have removed some images from your post as they appeared to show player details. It's best not to post that kind of information here as it goes against the "no name and shame" rule.

While there is nobody here who can handle reports of suspected cheaters, there are a variety of ways that you can report people to EA's Terms of Service team, and the guide below should give you the different options available (the EA Help route would be the best in this case):

  • Hello @-WFonly-,

Unfortunately, there is nothing much you can do except to report the suspected hackers. EA does the best to ban the hackers in reasonable time.

    Best regards,

  • @丹尼索夫 I'm disappointed that so many scammers have broken through EA's anti-cheat program and EA hasn't detected it, and I don't know how long I'll be bullied by scammers.

  • @艾略特LH I don't have access to all of EA's social accounts due to regional restrictions, and I wanted to reach out to Dice employees in this gaming community, but Dice doesn't seem to be in this community because in-game reporting is completely useless. It's really bothering me.

@-WFonly- You'd need to report via EA Help in that case I'm afraid. They would pass it on to the ToS team for investigation from there. Please note that Dice employees do not handle this type of situation themselves, it'd be EA's ToS team.

If you want to report them via EA Help, there is a webform which can be used: https://help.ea.com/en/report-a-player/
