I have been banned on Battlefield 1 and i havent done anything wrong

Please help me..ive been banned on battlefield 1 for no reason....i cant play online for a whole week amd stats reset ☹️ please reply thanks

    There's nothing that we can do for you here on the EA Answer HQ.  You'll need to email lets_talk@ea.com for further information on your specific issue.  Just keep in mind that punitive stats resets come in several flavors, resets for cheating or boosting but also resets for in game behavior or behavior on official EA forums that is in gross violation of the EA Terms of service. Stats resets are typically the step before a larger ban and meant as a warning shot for you to change your behavior so take heed of the reason.
