i have not received my battlefield 1 free battlepacks

recently i got the message on the battlefield 1 game menu for PC (two different times), that i will be receiving a free epic battlepack and 1000 scraps for inconveniance in recent bugs in the game, and it will be added to my inventory after playing one round, but of course i still haven't received it

    As already mentioned, this starting screen msg is late, also shows for two times. (for some reason)

    So if you play BF1 regulary, you might already earned them 1000 Scraps + the Superior Battlepack a few days before the screen msg dropped.
    You could maybe have missed the Scraps if you didn't knew how many you had before, cause they got automaticly added.
    And about the Battlepack, you might thought you got a monthly Premium Superior Battlepack but it actually was the BP for the issues. (This Battlepack had a different description "Granted by EA")

    But at the end, if you actually miss it, please contact the Support here: https://help.ea.com/en/ cause that's also what the NA BF Community Manager posted in a official twitter post.

    We're not able to help here in that case!

    If it was that simple, i wouldn't be here, i have been waiting diligently since i first got the message, i have received nothing, tried tech help multiple times and i keep getting the run-around

    Again, that message was late, that´s why it was so confusing.

    I saw it every time that I started BF1 for about 4 days.

    The BP and Scraps were handed out from March 7th, that message first showed up about 1 week later.

    If you have been playing BF1 between March 7th and today, you have probably received it.
