I have Premium. Just Bought Aftermath. Can I give Aftermath to a friend?

Origin does not offer gifting of games. Also don't think you can return downloadable games.

So I wonder why Origin would allow me to buy something if I already have it, especially if there is no way to gift items. So I am stuck with a DLC I already have but cannot pass along to a friend?? Is this correct?
