I have to download and install a manager for the free game?

All I want is the free 1942 game to check it out-I have been very interested in this game for a little while now. I went to download the game and I had to make this account first, then it tells me I have to install Ogrin.

This is a new computer and I am not interested in junking it up. I never download demos or trials on any of my computers, and I only buy discs to play a game, but I was willing to make an exception this time.

Is there any way to get the game downloaded by itself?
