I just downloaded BF4 and I'm having connection issues with EA servers.

you need to provide more information.  whats your hardware setup, what type of connection are you playing on.  have you tried the repair game in origin? updated punkbuster?  if you're looking for answers here then ask.  if you want to make a statement then go to the forums.

Don't worry I will most deffinately go to the forums and otherwise many other areas.

none of those questions can be answered here. the mod will only tell you to go to ea support for the refund/transfer question. this is a help forum to get you in game not out of it.  if you want to play on a pc then what's your hardware, connection type etc....

I understand you don't want to help people get out of the game, only into it! If the game you originally purchased worked but then stopped after the latest patch therefore putting you outside the 'Great Game Guarantee' period - what your position re refund?
