Please help!I I've lost loada of my legendary skins in BF1. I've been collecting them for a while and lost everything. I did everything the help people told me to but it didn't work. I think it's a bug. I really want the cammos back. If anyone knows how, please help!

It was on PS4. I tried restarting my PS4, restarting the Wi-Fi, uninstalling the game, checked for updates in both the game AND PlayStation. No result, sadly. It really is a pain.Thanks

Hello @Matt_CPFC09 I am really sorry for those troubles with Battlefield 1. Can you just double check, if you are playing with the same account? Your other progress, beside those items remains the same? Have you checked Companion app for those lost items? Keep us posted. Cheers, Archi

Yep. Everything has been checked by myself. I got the app and checked. Still missing the skins. Know any solutions? I've seen alot of "contact EA customer care" but I tried that and I was directed here.

Thanks dude. This situation really does suck *. I've been saving my legendaries since the week BF1 came out. I had almost all of them. I thought I was sent here because I'd be in direct contact with the devs. Apparently not. I've only got 7 legendary skins left, and no blue or common skins.
