I lost ALOT of my BF1 weapon skins

Please help!
I I've lost loada of my legendary skins in BF1. I've been collecting them for a while and lost everything. I did everything the help people told me to but it didn't work. I think it's a bug. I really want the cammos back. If anyone knows how, please help!

    Help I have locks on every skin in the game and can not use them ☹️ It gives option to scrap them but they are gray faded out locked..
