then you can create a new conversation with an EA advisor by clicking "New Conversation".



Then you have to select the product you want help with, the platform and the topic



When you have done that you need to select the method to make contact with EA



The available methods depend time of day, time of week and holidays in the country selected in the selector in the top left corner:   



Changing the above language to United States or similar can sometime make live chat appear if it's not available in your country.

There is also another way to change your DOB.  Follow the steps below:

To change the e-mail address, follow these steps:

1. Go to http://www.origin.com and Sign in on the top of the page
2. Scroll over "My Account" and Click "Privacy Settings"
3. Then click the "About Me" Tab on the left
4. Click "Edit" next to "Basic Information"
5. Enter the security code that has been sent to either your e-mail or your phone (whichever option you have set up), or it will ask you one of your security questions
6. You can now change your DOB

This allows you to change your e-mail, username and date of birth

If you are not able to do so, then you will have to follow @Carbonic's advice and get in contact with an EA Game Adviser.

@memocan1907 Seeing that you play on PS4, If its all games that tell you that you cannot play online and not only BF4, It may be on your actual PSN account that has the age restriction on it. Also something that can only be changed via psn support.
