I feel ya, I just got into online gaming myself. It seems though that you might have to purchase an online pass. Honestly though it is well worth it. I have spent big money and over 600 hours on the game, purchased premium, rent my own personal server etc.
I really think it would be easier just to purchase the online pass though. You can always try support but they are going to ask for proof you purchased the game new.

but I think a little unfair to have paid $ 45,000 (Chilean currency is that I'm from there) for only nine hours of play the story mode, and the game was purchased legitimately and when I told the salesman told me that they do not responsibility as the game comes sealed envelope.although my new purchase the medal of honor limited edition warfigther not given me any problems and I can access the mutiplayer smoothly,,
Agreed, for future reference, I always redeem my online passes as soon as I get the game. That way if there is an issue I still have all the paperwork and then its smooth sailing if I do decide to play that game online.

because my pass never sold or lost it or anything because I was not included, and the box and instrcciones just says I have access ea.com
I feel cheated
Wierd, every new game should come with an unused online pass. I have never had that issue with a new EA game and I have purchased nearly all of them.
