Along with what @x--Fusi--x mentioned, I would also try this step on your console to see if this improves your situation. From the Xbox One screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
- 5 years ago@EA_Aljo It says the file size is to big to share the screenshot but packet loss is at 0% in every row except one is 100%, highest difference between ping times is 30 and highest ping average is 83 so idk man the results seem normal to me, see that's what I said, all tests seem to come back normal but when I was just playing again when I'm in on the map screen for example all the arrows and vehicles are very jittery as I watch them move across the screen and that is why I'm so confused

That's really odd it says it's too big. Can you shrink the image or change the file type?

Where are you located? This is a test server in the US. There are a couple hops not returning data. That's normal, but the worst ping of 113. This might be due to the distance between you and the server though.
- 5 years ago@EA_Aljo I live in the Northwest

I assume you mean the US Northwest. Can you run that test one more time to see if you get the same results?
- 5 years ago@EA_Aljo I did 2 tests yesterday already, close results both times, hoping I would see something

Do you have screenshots of those tests saved by chance?
- 5 years ago@EA_Aljo No I don't sorry, it was just about the same so I thought just the one pic would do

If you run it again, let me know. It would be good to see those results. How bad is the lag you're experiencing? Can you get some video showing it? Also, do you have QoS (Quality of Service) available on your router? If so, and it's not enabled, try enabling it to see if that helps. That prioritizes gaming devices over others.
