2: You're missing the point. My problem wouldn't even be a problem if the whole process wasn't so flawed. If the customer has a problem that was originally their fault, and it's quite complex, then I can understand, but I am not at fault here. Why are contingencies not in place for situations like this? Customer has a problem, cannot be contacted through normal means, therefore contact directly either through PM or Help Chat. Simple. Also, quit with the whole "they're busy helping other people", crap. All I see on this forum is topics with legitimate problems or complaints, and not a single reply from a representative. Heck, I don't even think you're a representative, even though you seem to be acting like one, because I refuse to believe that a professional would refuse to use any form of punctuation whatsoever. Do you have any idea how taxing it is to read your posts?

sorry to hear you are not getting the help from support
that you need.
To my knowledge only a game advisor is capable to
link your account to another origin account.
I will check this and hope I or a community managercan give you more info as soon as possible.

soracaz do you know who i am first NOT A REPRESENTATIVE just a guy who helps and as i say in this matter no one can help you right now we will post here if there is some help for you and as insmithereens said we will post here help if there is any for you right now but pleas understand i am not a representative i may have here talked like one but that is your point of view that you think that i only said that because i understand the business better then you that is all and again if there is any help i or a community manager or others will post it here
