i bought the game from online shopping flipkart and the product has passed 30 days of warranty because i was waiting for the patch because battlefeild 4 was not working on my laptop i demanded a replacement for nfs rivals because the game is just awsme.flipkart told that u need proof and permission from the people who made the game to grant this permission.please reply
You need to contact EA game advisor DIRECTLY to get it it then,only they have the tools and authority to go into your account to check.

2. Where it says: ’What Can We Help you With’, type in ‘GAME NAME’
3. Click Find Solutions
