i own premium but can't play the new maps.. please help!

i paid extra to get the map pack early but yet it won't let me play. it tells me i need to instal it but then i got to to install and it says its already installed. whats going on? please help!!!

@thatmitchguy we re-leased a patch update for Hardline just today, could you please check if you are now able to download the DLC?
