I purchsed a new AlienWare MX14 laptop battlefield 4 is too slow. Alienware tested and computer is fine so they say BF4 is the problem. I can play mass effect and other EA games

You'd need to tell us your specs and what settings you are running on. If you are trying to run everything on high, you probably will get a bad framerate. The 14 inch alienware laptops are smaller and usually have slower GPUs too.
