I received my stolen account due to keylog.

Hello, all my accounts were stolen due to the keylogger that infected my computer before. I've been trying to get my bf3 account 1ll3g4l1zm1 for days and I succeeded. But there is an active ban on the account and I request it to be removed. At the same time, I cannot change my e-mail address due to the ban, I am waiting for your help.

    @EA_Aljo Yes, but I can't connect to live support because the email address hasn't changed, so everything probably goes to the email address of the person who stole it.

    Try creating a new account. Then, open a case and reference the account you need help with.

    You'll be able to open a case on the new account and can let the advisor know it's a different account you need help with.
