This issue has been aswered via Live Chat by Lester. He states that the purchase order has no effect, an that unlocked items from Premium should automatically be unlocked to me even if the Shortuct Bundle was purchased before.
It seems that the system recognises purchases made, and automatically updates unlocks, even after content is added from premium.... nice 🙂 I hope this is true. Will make a post if it isn't.
