any admins around? I was in the server SIEGE OF SHANGHAI • CONQUEST LARGE • and i got kicked because the guy using the tank was shooting at the blding to collapse it, But i was just the gunner. Ha...

If you were on private server and you're sure that the cause that got you kicked was destroying the tower there's basically nothing that can be done. However, you will still be able to join the server anytime. That's wouldn't be possible in case of a ban.
Sadly, private server owners can do anything they want with their servers. That's the dark side of RSP.
