I put in the request for a refund the day I purchased the game and have not gotten a response!
This is very stressful as the prevoius commenter said I could only get a refund within 24 hours of purchase/first launch. I put the request in as soon as I could and did not recieve a response and still want a refund on the game! I haven't touched the game since, in fact the game was uninstalled the day I purchased it. I'm not happy with this.
Should they refuse to refund, you may want to look at the current Distance Selling Regulations/
