"I'm Dynamite" assignment not unlocking

Platform: PC

I have been trying for the past few days to unlock "I'm Dynamite" for the airburst ability in the UCAV. I completed all of the criteria for the assignment, but it wont register my Bomb Delivery RIbbon's that I have gotten several times across multiple games, some of which i have gotten all 3 in the same game. I have restarted my game and tried again but it wont unlock. Any ideas?

@Fishywillow To get one Bomber Delivery Ribbon you need to get 3 Kills with the bomber in a round. I think you need to try do this again and I recommend to play on Ranked , Official Servers.
