I'm having a problem with Battlefield when I start it.

When I start it, it tells me I need to repair the game installation and try again . I've already repaired the files multiple times, reinstalled it three times on different drives, restarted my PC, and ran Steam and the EA app as an administrator. I don't know what else to do. Can anyone help?
