I'm having a Problem with BF4 Bug/Tracking

Hello I'm having a Problem with the game tracking stats..awards..assignments. You' get a good laugh I have the Ultimate Assualt dog tag you have to have 10 defib kills. I completed the assignment Open Fire so many times ( L8252 don't unlock) I don't even try any more. When I go to the Assignment its says NO kills for any item.(pistol, 40 mm grenades,defib) how can I not have a defib kill?  Recon Class Marksman Ribbon once I got to Veteran it stopped. Its's been on 1 ribbon for months. I can got a headshot, the game will say Marksman ribbon (bonus) & give points, but NO Marksman ribbon. At the end of the round when I go look under awards nothing there I would have completed Ultimate by now...just going by the hrs I put in & kills lol http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/soldier/RoUgH%20WaVe/assignments/176698703/xbox360/#as33

    Well, explanation of FAC service star is the easiest, sometimes service stars from previous rounds appear in the next few battle reports (there are no extra points for them though).

    About L85 assignment, did you get pistol, grenade launcher and defib kill in the same round? Otherwise it won't save.

    About Marksman Ribbons, to be honest I don't think that anything can be done about these...

    yes I had gotten a kill with each a serval times. I'll try it again & get back to you. The sever only has 2 boards Locker, Golmund

    I did it a few times@ the end of round under assignments all were completed. When I checked report nothing was there, no mention of assignment completed. ( i did it 2x's) Next time i'll have to have cell phone & take a pic or it saying completed. The gun it keeps giving me is the sniper rifle a different class nothing to do with assignment.

    I was taking a players dogtags yesterday. he was prone, I flipped him over the while i'm in animation for the knife kill a sqaud member "thristy" for the kill somehow gets his tags. This happened 2x's. I not seen it b4.
