I'm over 18, but I must have put in the wrong age in my account.

My profile is telling me that I am too young to play Battlefield 3 multiplayer because my account's age is wrong. I called Microsoft about a year ago to fix the priblem, but the guy on the phone didn't think I could change my age back. (When I made my profile, I think I accidentally made my age 6. Now my profile is 12 and a half and I want to get this problem solved so I could play battlefield 3, madden, need for speed etc. without waiting a couple more months. I don't feel like changing my account because I have all of my data, friends, and game files on this one. Is there any way to change its age? Or will I have to wait out the 6 months to play ea games online?

  • I'd recommend contacting Xbox support first and see if they can change the age of your gamertag. From there, you may want to try contacting EA to see if they can assist.
