[IMPORTANT] Battlefield 4 disappeared from Origin.

Unbelievable...I contacted a games advisor, and he said to re-order the game. My bank will take 3-5 days to process this bs refund, that I did not request, and I can't afford to just reorder a 60 dollar game right now. (NOT ONLY THAT, BUT THE REFUNDED AMOUNT ON ORIGIN SAYS 0 DOLLARS) So in effect, not only do I not get to pre-order the game, but I dont get to play until up to 3 days after release now.

THIS SOLUTION IS UNACCEPTABLE. I will be looking into a class action lawsuit for all those affected by this error on Origin/EA's part because EA misrepresented their product as a preorder and charged more for it.

Like everyone else working for 9 to 5 companies, no one at EA (among developers/managers) even knows that Origin has gone "SPLAT" once again.  It is Sunday, and they won't find out until an hour or two after they get to work Monday.  In their jobs, they aren't generally disturbed off the job.  And then, once awareness has triggered, it will take time to track down what all went wrong, and it looks to me like a great deal has done so. 

The weekend Game Advisers probably have no idea in the world what to do, I'm betting on that. 

Am I expected to just cough up another 60 dollars, 3-5 days before my bank can process a "0 dollar" refund, only 2 days before the game I preordered, on 8/21/2013, is released?

This is the worst experience I've ever had in pc gaming. Customer service was abysmal, the proposed solution IS NOT A SOLUTION IT IS A SLAP IN THE FACE.

Amazon and GMG (just two examples) have top notch customer service as compared to this. And Origin being EA's own DRM **bleep** purchase client should be better attended to from a customer-facing perspective.

Issues happen all the time, it is how the information/action is provided to customers where the difference lies between the good businesses and the rest.

Im starting to think ordering the Deluxe  edition is causing the issues, from the players i know that bought BF4 they just paid for digital and premium, but with others that bought deluxe and premium thats where the issue is. Since premium pretty much gives you the same has deluxe...just imo

for the record I lost BF4 pre-oder as well...

Same prob, except the premium got charged to my account and is still valid, but the actual game has been refunded the same morning we get to start preloading...lovely

The customer support guy first said that the order number i gave him was registered to a different email address, then later said to wait a maximum of 6 hours, that this is going on to quite a few people and that it will be fixed.  Some how I'm not feeling better about it...

Yea,  my copy also disapeared.  It was there last night before i went to to bed,  but now its magically gone!  Whats the deal with this crap??

Oh and yesterday it wouldn't let me pre load either.
