[IMPORTANT] Missing China Rising expansion

Hi Basti,

I am currently having an issue with the Premium expansion on my Xbox 360. When I go into the store from my Battlefield 4 main screen, there are two titles "Empty Name" where the China Rising download should be. When I select either one of these nothing happens. I have rebooted my Xbox several times with no luck coming from it.

Anyway, if you have issues on your Microsoft console getting the expansion pack as a Premium owner, let us know! We can track this feedback and provide it to the studio.

Basti I spoke with Braddock via Twitter and he said to shut down the Xbone, restart, sign in and try again.  I rebooted tonight when I got home and the store was accessible and I was able to donwload CR no problems.

I also started my PS3 and went to the in game store to the premium tab and was able to download CR on PS3 as well with no issues so it looks like the release day issues may have been solved.  If that doesn't work go to the PSN store, do a search for Battlefield 4 addons and then CR should show up in the PSN Store to download.

I haven't tried my Xbox 360 download yet but if there are any issues I'll post any solutions that I find.  My PC download last night went off without incident.

it should not be this diffcult to play the new maps for my xbox360.  im a prenium player and i downloaded the maps and still nothing.

did i miss something? or they still not ready.  any info will be helpfull.

I am using an Xbox 360 and I preordered it got the China rising DLC with it but had to wait for official day. Then a week later I became a premium member because I wanted to play it sooner and not wait the extra two weeks. Right now I have unlocked all the weapons for China Rising but no gadgets or maps. I think the preorder code for china rising may only operate for those who wait when its suppose to come out officially with out premium. But later for new map packs like Second assault and so on will be available to me because I got those through only Premium membership, not the code. However other people are playing it now but did not preorder the game and use the code, they got it by regular purchase. ITS THE F'ing CODE!!! Maybe... Anybody else have some suggestions that could help me?

just purchased premium and having the same issue where store is greyed out and there is no option to download the map packs anywhere.

forgot to mention, that was stored greyed out on xbox one platform

Also having the issue with xbox 360. Missing any sign of China Rising even after DL'ing the multiplayer update 3.

I am having this problem on Xbox360.  Frankly pretty annoying to have paid for this service... will you be doing something for premium members that you didn't deliver too?  Like me, I paid for premium and am not getting anything for it.
