[IMPORTANT] Missing China Rising expansion

Same player, Try Again.

I used the Help Chat EA support. After very long minutes with a patient and cool guy from somewhere far, he took time to ask his boss, and I got a solution:

1. I restarted the PS4 

2. Tried to locate any kind of China Rising add-on (even if my my PS4 said it had been downloaded and installed). Clicked to download it. It began de 3.5 Gb download...

3. Installed, checked and running

Thank you to the EA chat Support... and a big "what are  smoking, guys" to the developpers who did not realize some people (at least, I was not alone) have to download it twice in order to run the game correctly.

That's what I call a solution.

Si vous rencontrez, comme moi un problème étrange ou le Premium est installé sur BF4,

où cela joue correctement et que, lorsque vous installez China Rising, vous avez l'IMPRESSION qu'il est installé mais que ça ne tourne pas...

la solution chez moi a été de:

1. Eteindre la PS4, la rallumer.

2. Rentrez le PS store et chercher tout ce qui ressemble de près ou de loin à China Rising. Lancer le download, même si le votre PS4 vous montre une image de l'add-on/extension et vous dit qu'il est installé !!!! (chez moi, l'image de China Rising soit-disant installé n'était pas la même que quand je l'ai downloadé la 2ème fois.

3. A la fin du téléchargement, il s'installe (comme la première fois!!!). Ce coup-ci c'est la bonne. J'ai relancé la PS4 et j'ai lancé le jeu. Ca marche, avec accès aux modes de jeux de China.

What did work was I navigated to my BF4 folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4

Then went to update folder, opened it up and deleted Xpack1

Fired Origin back up and right clicked BF4, show game details, and redownloaded China Rising.

Not the most elegant solution I know but it works.

Big thanks to Jay Angelo and the EA support team, who in my opinion are second to none in customer care and support.

I can confirm this worked for me. It took me three hours to re-download it on my lame Australian internet, but I can now join China Rising servers. However I crashed right after joining the first one, so I'll try some more and hope it works.

well i did that and it didnt help, I am still betting black screen and boot after 20 seconds ... Last Premium I buy
