Okay I'm not sure what is going on . I bought BF4 and BF4 Premium for ps3 I updated to PS4 and I decided to transfer everything to the PS4 the odd part is that I have the carbon fiber knife that comes with premium but I can't download any of the DLC and my account says it is not premium.

You need to contact EA game advisor DIRECTLY to get it check then,only they have the tools and authority to go into your account to check what went wrong in the process .
For any issues regarding accounts, please follow these steps to contact a game advisor for more help:
1. Click the link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask and log in with your Origin name and password.
2. Where it says: ’What Can We Help you With’, type in ‘GAME NAME’
3. Click Find Solutions
4. Select "Your problem,eg accounts" from the drop-down list and also select your platform from the list.
5. Click: Find Solutions
6. Scroll down a little and on the lower right hand side, Click "I Still need Help"

no errors when running repair. have both premium and CR DLC. DLC fully downloaded.
reinstalled origin - 5 min
reinstalled BF4 + DLC -4 hours
contacted chat support. - 2 hours
contacted phone support - 1 hour
none of these helped.
still doesn't work. still tells me to buy premium/china rising when trying to join a server on battlelog.
EA headed for another golden poo.
Too bad this game doesn't work. If it worked even decently I would say EA has turned things around. But because of "LETS GET THIS GAME OUT BEFORE COD COMES OUT" foolishness you now have a broken terrible game. that 85% of the people who bought it can't play.
For all this trouble if you want ot keep customers for your next blunder of a game you release I sure hope you start passing out more than just a couple extra days of double XP.

I have the same problem have premium and cant go to multiplayer

I had China Rising before from pre-ordering BF4 for Xbox 360. UCAV Kills, SUAV kills, multi-JDAM bomb kills. All was fun.
My brother gets the XBOX in his room and it becomes near impossible to play so I don't for maybe 4 or 5 months, and when I get back there is tons of updates for me of course.
After all these updates, I try to play a game with Silk Road in it and it does not let me. It says I need to buy China rising.
Fixes I've tried include:
•Redownloading China Rising (Download history)
•Deleting China rising and redownloading (Download history)
•Attempting to launch a server from Battlelog (Says the server is doing a map I don't have DLC for)
•Attempting to redownload from XBOX Marketplace and the store in BF4 menu (Just says I have to pay the $15)
I can't think of any others that I have done at this moment but I have tried looking up possible solutions and I can't find any.
Anyone got any possible ideas?

I have done this THREE times with EA help. They have have accessed my account 3 times and verified it should work. It does not!

I did what you said (jaysenoracle) and I had an EA rep call me within 30 minutes and gave me a new code!Thank you so much for the help!

I have been unable to download anything at all after I entered my code in playstation store from my ps4. I heard about a workaround that involves using your pc to go into psn store and have the download sent from there. When I got to that page it said my premium was available on ps3 not ps4. The code I used clearly states ps3/ps4..i registered it from a freakin ps4. Any advice?
