Please keep in mind that only Premium Members are affected by this issue:
Battlefield 4 China Rising is available for all players to purchase and access beginning December 17th.
Battlefield 4 Premium Members, however, have the chance to jump in as soon as December 3rd, thanks to the early-access perk included as a part of Battlefield 4 Premium.
Furthermore, this topic is only related to missing China Rising on your Account, not to any kind of freezing, crash or other issues.
We know that some players still have not access and we are working on this. I am very sorry for the delay.
Could you guys name us your exact platform (PC, PS3/4 etc) and when you bought Premium?

I have an Xbox 360 and I am a premium member and I still can't download China rising. I have downloaded it separately from the market place, and I still can't find it anywhere on my console. How do I get access to China rising?! I have spent over 60 bux, and I have no DLC to show for it... Can someone please help me with this issue?
