[Important!] Never Uninstall an EA Game! EVER

OK EA, I have had enough with this....This seems to be an ongoing problem for me since day 1 with you guys. I cannot play ANY, I mean ANY!!!, (and ONE more time) ANY! of your games after I uninstall them. Every single time I re-install one of your crappy products, it tells me my product code is already in use. (BY ME!). Like seriously! I have not gave my product code to ANYONE! I know your trying to avoid piracy, but this is rediculous! YOUR LITTERLY STOPPING YOUR OWN CUSTOMERS FROM PLAYING YOUR OWN GAMES. This has happened to me now with Battle for Middle Earth and Battlefield 3. . Like with Battlefield 3, I activated the first time and according to you guys, after that I should be able to download and install from anywhere without a cd/dvd (sooo not true, I login and it shows no order history).Think of those people who reformat there computers! Please, when your not absolutely busy, get back to me asap or I am going to contiue not playing your games

  • Have you tried logging onto the EA/Origin account you previously registered the product on?

Sorry if it sounds obvious, but it's always best to get the easy stuff taken care of first and as weird as it may sound a fair bit of people DO forget that step.

  • Yes, after redeeming your key once, it's no longer valid, but that's not necessary. Your product codes are tied to your Origin account and whenever you log in to the Origin client with the Origin account that you've used to redeem the code, you will be able to see all your purchased games under the "My Games" tab. From there you can always install them again no matter if you are at a new computer or you've previously uninstalled it.

Like adventbahamut already said, make sure that you are logged in with the correct Origin account and your games will be there for you under the My Games tab.

If, by any chance, you've created a new Origin account for every game, you might want to contact a Game Advisor at https://help.ea.com/contact-us for assistance. They might be able to merge them all together into one account.
