EA Support is extremely inconceivable. My stats reset about a month ago and every time I contact EA they give me the same canned speach saying "Our Developers are working on it" or something along those lines. DICE or whoever is in charge of the stat reset program seriously needs to rethink there system as many others have been experiencing this problem. No comment regarding this matter has been publicly stated on why these people have been wrongfully reset.
