Impossible to change launch options for EA launcher

So I played BF4 a couple of months ago, launching it from the Origins launcher, and it worked just fine. 
For a couple of reasons I uninstalled both Origins and the games on it, but when I came back in order to play BF4, I found out the Origins launcher no longer is usable. I download the EA launcher and tried to launch the game, but It doesn't work. I had the exact same problem with the origins launcher to start with but managed to fix it by changing the launch settings of the game, instead launching it in 86x, which fixed the issue.

I do, however, not have the possibility to use this feature in the EA launcher for some reason(in spite of what the EA support members have said on various threads before this one).
When using the so-called three-dot menu, launch options aren't visible(as pictured in the attached file). I don't know if I am just being stupid and the launch options are actually accessible somewhere else, or if changing the launch options will even fix the issue, but nothing else worked on the origins launcher, so I presume it must be the same this time.
