Inability to play multiplayer or test range

I preordered battlefield 4 and downloaded it right when it came out and -since I downloaded it- I have not even once been able to get into a game. I can play the campaign, but not the multiplayer or ...

Thanks for trying those steps.

 

Please try removing the Battlelog Plugin via the steps here and then reinstall it. 

 

We'd also recommend making sure that the Ports, listed here, aren't being blocked.
