Infinite loading screen

Hello,

I have been facing a major problem with the game recently as every time I launch it, instead of the loading screen it is just a black screen with the horizontal flashing line in the top right corner and it stays like this forever. I have tried everything, from updating the drivers to reinstalling the game. All the updates are installed so I have no idea of what is going on. Bf1, Hardline, Bf3 and 5 are working fine but this.

The only possible reason that I assume it could be the case is that before I bought origin access and downloaded the game, I had this game as an expired trial on my account. And sometimes when I launch the full premium edition version I get the message that the trial has expired and I need to buy it, even though I've already got it.

Is there anyway I can kill the trial version? Otherwise I have no idea why I get the infinite loading screen.
