Info: I can't become legendary, help!

@EA_Valgard This issue has not been fixed. I noticed you're op was from 2015, maybe "that" issue has been fixed, but this is clearly a new bug/glitch. They didn't care to check my account and said that they were aware of the problem and were trying to fix it. Somewhere in the last free dlc/double xp event this has happened. Thank you for the reply as that has been the first actually help I have received in over a month. lol Thanks again

then it clearly seems to be a new issue. 
I'm also sorry that you received a reply so late, I'm mainly on the German AHQ and even though that's not an excuse, very sorry that me and my colleagues didn't pick this up earlier.

I'm in trouble because I can not become a legendary in BF Hardiline . When I click on " become legendary " the following message appears : Currently we're having issues with the EA back end. Please try again later . " I'm in rank 150 and am premiun member. This problem has gone on for almost 01 month . Does anyone know what is happening ? What can I do ? My ID is CesarBeck (cthiagob) in XboxOne

I have contacted support yesterday and they told me it's because of EA access , premium or robbery have to be purchased separately to get legendary , does anyone have this issue with a separate premium/robbery membership ?
