[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

We need some of your information in order to investigate some freezing issues with the PS3 and XBox360 console. It would be great if you guys could provide us with the following data, it will help us...

BF4 locks up when trying to spawn into a game .. Conquest.. ect.. .. only on 1 profile, the other profile works fine.

1) ps/3 slim 160 gig

2) same console both profiles..

3) went thru all steps with support. same issues.

It lets you go to server , chose class, then when you deploy you get black screen or see your player then lockup.

Tried different maps all the same.. Was in Support when it first froze, but does it in all class,
