[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

We need some of your information in order to investigate some freezing issues with the PS3 and XBox360 console. It would be great if you guys could provide us with the following data, it will help us...
battlefield 4

XBox 360 Slim.
Joining Server/Loading Screen (has not mattered what game type)
Freezes most when playing a consecutive match.

Not what I paid for.
