[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

We need some of your information in order to investigate some freezing issues with the PS3 and XBox360 console. It would be great if you guys could provide us with the following data, it will help us...
battlefield 4

1. Playing a match and the second I was loading into a game.
2. Froze after a couple games during play and sent me to the main screen. Then it completely crashed while trying to load another server.
3. PS3 slim
4. I wasn't playing a class I was still in selection
5. No additional info other than it was laggy before it crashed.
