[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

Even after I downloaded the patch on my Xbox 360 I'm experiencing a frozen screen when entering some multiplayer maps, requiring me to turn on and off the console. This happens especially for Hanian Resort map. Please help, it's wrecking my head!
